Tim Syrianos is a seasoned Toronto-based real estate leader and entrepreneur. Since entering the industry in 1989, he has built extensive expertise across all aspects of Toronto real estate. Tim is the Broker of Record and owner of RE/MAX Ultimate Realty Inc. and RE/MAX Condos Plus Corp., overseeing more than 420 Realtors across six offices in top neighborhoods. He served as President of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in 2017/2018 and remains active at the national level with the Canadian Real Estate Association. Fluent in English and Greek, he is a recognized voice in the media and an advocate for industry innovation and agent success.
Education
Tim began his career journey by studying at Centennial College from 1987 to 1990, after which he entered the real estate profession in 1989.
Professional Experience
Tim Syrianos launched his real estate career at age 19 in 1989, quickly establishing himself as a driven and knowledgeable agent in Toronto real estate. He became Broker of Record and owner of RE/MAX Ultimate Realty Inc. in September 1997, and subsequently founded RE/MAX Condos Plus Corp., managing and mentoring over 420 agents across six key Toronto offices. Under his leadership, the brokerage grew from 70 to more than 250 agents and expanded from one to three locations—now operating six—and earned the title Broker Owner of the Year for Multi‑Office in 2024. Tim is known for embracing technology, leading industry-focused marketing strategies, and serving as an on‑camera expert for outlets such as CFRB, CP24, CBC, CTV, and Global.
From 2012 to 2019, he held numerous board-level roles: President of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (2017/2018), Director on the Board of the Ontario Real Estate Association, and Director of the Canadian Real Estate Association, representing over 130,000 Realtors nationwide.

Tim currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Real Estate Association and previously served on the Ontario Real Estate Association board . He formerly held the role of President of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TREB) in 2017/2018 and retains strong ties to the real estate community through his speaking engagements and media presence
