Dr. Markos Perrakis, PhD
Dr. Markos Perrakis is an internationally recognized leadership development expert, organizational psychologist, executive coach, consultant, facilitator and educator with more than 25 years of experience helping leaders, teams, organizations, communities and institutions navigate change, build collaboration and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of Fractality – Organizational Development & Training Services, a European training, consulting, coaching and facilitation organization working with private-sector companies, public-sector organizations, educational institutions, NGOs, professional associations and international partners.
Holding a PhD in Organizational Psychology and an MA in Clinical Psychology, Dr. Perrakis specializes in leadership development, Appreciative Inquiry, participatory leadership methodologies, systemic change, organizational learning, coaching, supervision and strategic planning.
A pioneer in the application of Appreciative Inquiry in Greece since 2001, he has spent more than two decades helping leaders create engagement, eliminate resistance, build trust and unlock the collective intelligence of their organizations.
Dr. Perrakis serves as Visiting Faculty at Meridian University (California, USA) and is associated with international professional networks focused on organizational learning, leadership and innovation.
Throughout his career, Dr. Perrakis has partnered with leaders across the public, private, educational, and non-profit sectors, helping organizations navigate complexity, drive meaningful change, and build high-performing cultures. Through Fractality, he has worked with leading organizations including PwC, Interamerican, ODIN Marine Group, International Airlines Technical Pool (IATP), the Hellenic Open University (HOU/EAP), Hellenic American College and the City of Reykjavik, among many others.
